Dear Bob and Eleanor,

As I promised some time ago, here are some photos of a modified yurt-dome 18′ used in my dance-project, The Interactive Dance-Installation:

You may use them on your site in whichever way you want. The photographers name is Mette Guldborg Hansen.

And I wouldn’t mind if you linked to my website: www.jensbackvall.dk, which is mostly in Danish at the moment, but is slowly being upgraded. But hey, there’s always google-translate, babel-fish or some such thing:-). Using them you might even be able to read about the installation here: http://jensbackvall.dk/jensbackvall.dk/D.Y.R..html

Have a nice weekend.

Kind regards from Denmark

make a model https://shelter-systems.com/modle.html
put up your dome
lay down with your head in the center of the dome
look up and see that 3 shapes that make the dome
use a tape measure; copy these shapes to a large sheet of paper or fabric
be sure to measure the diagonals of the 3 shapes
copy patterns to fabric
sew and hang (grip clips can help with the hanging)
realize that fabric stretches on the diagonal; this can distort your finished liner
